Our concept is all about fresh, homemade foods, a passion for owners chef Lana Campbell and Robert Herrera.
We always offer daily specials for both lunch and dinner and love the challange of using our local farmers harvest of fresh ingredients to create something unique and delicious for our guests.
Specials are usually seasonally due to our mid-west growing season, which offers diners something different on most every visit.
Our standard menus offer something for just about everyone. Lunch features homemade soups, salads, pasta, and sandwiches made with our huge country-style bread baked fresh each morning.
For dinner, diners can expect seafood, local steaks, pork, chicken, pasta, and a couple of vegetarian choices. Dinner entrees come with a family-style plate of mostly local veggie dishes and choice of a homemade soup or salad.
What to expect as a Garden Bistro diner:
Fresh ingredients and homemade foods describe the concept of our restaurant's mission. Our atmosphere is bistro-style; the dining rooms, small and cozy to offer guests a relaxed, casual experience. There is ample outside dining as well. Each dish is made to order, so diners should allow themselves plenty of time to enjoy their meal.
We also have a nice selection of wines and a full bar.
We have been so blessed to have many `word-of-mouth' recommendations. However, because we are working with local ingredients, menu items change frequently and we may not have a suggested dish simply because the produce or meat items are no longer available from the farmer. Although we use a great deal of local produce, we are by no means a vegetarian establishment. Some weeks we may only have one or two vegetarian choices, some weeks four or five; it simply depends on availablity of ingredients.
Our menus also offer some flexibility for dietary issues, such as gluten or dairy free dishes. However, if you do not see something on our menu to accomodate your particular dietary need, feel free to ask. We can't guarentee we will be able to create what you need, but we will happily do everything we can!

We also have a private dining area that is perfect for small business meetings, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. As a matter of fact weddings are very popular in Eureka Springs. So much so that we have been designated as The Wedding Capitol of the South!
